About the Book

This book presents a comprehensive and empirical examination of the impact of financial inclusion on marginalized communities, with a particular focus on industrial workers. Incorporating a two-phased study conducted over an extended period, it rigorously assesses how government initiatives such as PMJDY, APY, and DBT, alongside the transformative role of UPI, have significantly advanced the integration of these workers into the formal financial system over the past decade. The research highlights notable progress as well as persistent challenges. Offering evidence-based policy
recommendations, this work provides valuable frameworks to enhance financial accessibility, promote sustainable economic empowerment, and foster inclusive growth.
