About the Authors

R. K. Mishra is a Senior Professor, Director, and ONGC Subir Raha Chair Professor at the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad. His research interests include corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, public enterprise reforms, financial administration, privatization, and good governance.

Parveen Arora has served as Scientist G and Head of the CHORD Division at the Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi. His expertise includes science, technology and innovation indicators, national STI surveys, and evidence-based science and technology policy planning.

N. G. Satish holds a doctoral degree from the University of Mysore and has undertaken research on innovation, industrial R&D, and scientific productivity. He has been associated with the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad.
